This is the second car I have leased with Jeff. He is the best salesperson....not pushy, but very attentive. He is beyond knowledgeable on all the features of the various car models, and very good with his tutorial of same. He is also attentive to the customer's needs and open to honest give and take. He listens and doesn't push an agenda. He's the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. His follow-through is attentive and continual. I give him an A+++++++.

My experience with Audi Naples was excellent. My sales associate, Kyle Harsh, was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The entire group at Audi/Volkswagon of Naples made me feel like a valuable customer and I felt I was treated not only fairly but with respect. Being a single woman and walking into any dealership is a daunting task.... I have bought many cars and in many states inclduing San Francisco, Boston, Dallas and by far Naples Audi was the best experience. In the last 6 months I have purchased 2 cars from Audi/Naples and I would return to purchase the next as well.
Kyle, Brian, Joel thank you for all your assistance and professionalism, the experience was very good and I am happy with my purchase. Also a thank you to Abe Rodriguez, the Finance Manager. Abe executed the contract in a timely manner and made the payment process (writing the check) as painless as possible.

Best experience I have ever had Buying a car. Mike was wonderful and the business manager Dean was very efficient and professional and I did not feel like anything was trying to be forced on me or "included in my payment" the road hazzard policy I purchased has already come in handy and I will be refering all my friends and family to Mike, Dean and the awsome guys at Naples Volkswagen.

John and his manager Brian were extremely proactive and informative. From questions being answered to demo rides, they couldn't have been more helpful.
The F&I guys were also very customer focused and interested in my experience being good. They even followed up with the picture of a car and color that I showed interest in.
After sale follow up has also been great.

Excellent experience, friendly, courteous, attentive, listened to whatI needed in a car, did not try to oversell. overall a most enjoyable experience, especially for someone who does not enjoy car shopping at all!I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I am in F&I mgr at a vw dealer in ct. The car was for my dad. excellent job done. I flew down for the deal.It was done in 2 hrs from start to finish, with him driving away with a new car.
Great job.
However now I have to get my staff up to the same speed

Great experience, Every member of staff that spoke to us was friendly and polite. We did not feel under pressure to decide on the model/color there and then, infact we made three or four return visits to Kyle before we finally settled for the white Eos that was on the lot. I am sure Kyle got frustrated our indecisiveness, but he never showed it, he gave us very helpful advice, was very friendly. Once the deal was made, he went over every aspect of the car, taking his time to show exactly how every thing worked. This was very much appreciated.
In conclusion I would certainly recommed both Kyle and Volkeswagen of Naples to friends.

The employees at VW Naples are the most wonderful group of friendly and helpful dealers I have ever come across! I came in with my mother and our two dogs and we bought a new Jetta wagon! Everyone was so helpful and well informed! I dont have one complaint about the experience!

before going to the dealership i was searching on line for a specific a specific car similler dealerships are located in my my area but when i saw the a6 that i wanted i had to see it. i made the call and spoke with david and from the call i knew i was encouraged to make the trip. i meet david the following day at the dealership was pleased with his professional approach no pressure attitude, his knowledge of the car helped me with my decisioni also appreciated their williness to negotiating with me and making sure i was happy the finished deal i would recommend them to anyone in the market for there first or next car.

Dave was knowledge and extremely attentive. Dave was able to answer all of our questions and made certain we were always comfortable. We were there on a Sunday and stayed way past closing time and he was nothing but gracious and accommodating. Overall Dave was a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend him to anyone in the future.
