I live in West Palm
Beach where there are six Audi dealers in South Florida, while Audi of Naples
is a 2 hour drive away on the gulf coast. However, Audi of Naples has their
inventory on their website including options and photos of the actual cars. So
when I saw that they had the exact car I wanted, I e-mailed them and was very
pleased when Chris Muller was able to provide a great price not only on the new
car, but on my trade-in as well! Everything was set before I even had to drive
over there, so pretty much all I had to do was go pick up the car!
Chris Muller was very friendly, had a comprehensive knowledge of all the car's features (and being a new Audi with the MMI nav system, there are a lot of features!), and most importantly of all, he was very sincere and straightforward.
The dealer did a great job detailing the car, and after a couple of hours, I was driving home in my new car with a big smile on my face, partly because of the awesome new car itself, but also because I was extremely satisfied with the overall purchase experience!

There is a reason
that this dealership has such good reviews. I dislike the car buying
experience. I find it entirely frustrating that most car salesman and
dealerships use the same prescribed, illogical sales techniques which are
frankly insulting. However, Audi of Naples was different. It was a much more
smooth and easy buying experience than I am use to or expected. They provided a
fair price and a great car. The whole process could have been less than smooth,
but Audi of Naples, Jason Meixel, Josh Palmer, and Tony Canglin did a great job
at making it quiet smooth. I appreciate this, and I highly recommend them.

Lou and Jeff were extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone bent over backwards to help me purchase a new car. Second car I've bought from them and it is our sixth Audi.
We were searching for a new Audi and looked at Audi Naples website to see what they had. Decided to make the trip from Fort Myers to check them out. Lou was very friendly and patient with us. We test drove the A7 and fell in love with it. They had exactly what we were looking for in color and options on the car. They made us a great deal and we purchased it the very next day. Everyone was great to work with!

Everything that was promised was delivered. He helped weigh the options between the models I was stuck between. They also did a very good job selling us. I guess they knew we wanted an upgrade and had the car detailed for us to see it in it's spotless state before we even committed to signing.
They made the trade in very profitable for us and were pretty close to where we wanted to be. They even came to our house to pick up our other trade so we didn't have to drive back a third time.
Once committed and approved for financing the whole process took under three hours and we do not have to go back to get the metal tags. The office was slow, the entire department was either detailing the car, filling it with gas, expediting plates and financing.

From start to finish everything was top-notch. I could not ask for a more pleasant buying experience. The salesman (Chris Muller) was outstanding and very professional in every respect. I visited a dealer closer home but they did not have what I wanted/needed in stock thus I was unable to test drive the A4 Avant. I drove 80 miles round trip to visit Audi Naples and will drive the same distance (by-passing the closer dealer) for all my service needs. Thank you Audi of Naples and thank you Chris. Job well done! was knowledge and extremely attentive. Dave was able to answer all of our
questions and made certain we were always comfortable. We were there on a Sunday
and stayed way past closing time and he was nothing but gracious and
accommodating. Overall Dave was a pleasure to deal with and I will recommend him

and his manager Brian were extremely proactive and informative. From questions
being answered to demo rides, they couldn't have been more helpful. The
F&I guys were also very customer focused and interested in my experience
being good. They even followed up with the picture of a car and color that I
showed interest in. After sale follow up has also been great.
