We are a successful automotive group seeking a support person for our BDC Service Team who will drive results, provide extraordinary customer care while handling outbound and inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and truly care about customers, participate in continued training and coaching, and strive to be a committed team player.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Handle outbound and inbound calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, addressing inquiries or scheduling appointments or transferring to the appropriate person.
· Confirm next-day appointments.
· Follow all BDC department and company policies and procedures.
· Provide exceptional customer service by treating guests with courtesy, respect, and thinking outside the box to serve their needs.
Requirements
· Must meet drug-free workplace requirements and pass a background check.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple applications at once.
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
· Ability to learn and operate within various computer programs.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation/Dealership Information
· $14.00/hour + a monthly bonus, full-Time and part-time positions available
· Company service hours are Monday through Friday 7:30-6 and Saturday 7:30-3
· We alternate Saturdays so you are not required to work each one.
